Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Secure Online Credit Card via PayPal
- Direct Deposit to our bank account
- Cheque/Money Order
- Paying at the entrance (N.B. will not be eligible for the early bird discount)
Credit Card
Register online and pay with your credit card via PayPal. All credit card information is not stored on our system. We will not be able to see or access your credit card information. Payment by credit card is the easiest way and most efficient method of registration. After confirmation by PayPal your registration will be marked as paid in our database.
Direct Deposit
You can deposit money directly into our bank account.

Reference: Your Registration Number (as per email confirmation)
Note : During payment, please specify in the reference field your registration number, otherwise we will not be able to identify you. Unless you include your registration number in the reference field, we will have no way of knowing who made the payment.
Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Once we have received your payment, we will send you an email notification of receipt.
Cheque/Money Order
You can purchase a money order at any Australia Post Office. For payment by cheque, we accept personal/business cheques, bank cheques and postal orders. Please note that registration by cheque are not processed until the funds have cleared and this normally takes three working days. We recommend that you send cheque/money order to us via registered post to avoid postage loss.
Note: We will not be responsible for any loss during delivery.

Methods of Admission
After registration (regardless the outcome of the payment), we will send an email along with the registration number (not the receipt number you receive via Paypal in cases of credit card payments). Please print that email or copy that number in your diary and present to us during admission. You can access your booking details at any time from the view booking login box on the left hand side of the page.
We will verify your registration number and your payment status upon admission. Any unsettled payment will be required to be settled.
Note: If you are paying during admission, we only accept cash as payment.
Refund Policy
We apologise that we do not offer any refunds. If you cannot attend the conference, we recommend you give or sell your ticket/s to your friends or relatives. In the event that any of your details have changed since registration, please email us at registrar@wisdomforamodernworld.net
